Vouchers
What happens when a buyer pays me with a DaWanda Voucher?
1. When someone wants to redeem a DaWanda Voucher in your shop, they order the product they want as normal, and then choose 'DaWanda Voucher' as their payment method. We let you know about this in the confirmation email. You should then confirm the purchase as normal and then the customer can provide their voucher code.
2. As soon as the customer has entered their voucher code, this information will appear in My DaWanda on the relevant order page under 'My Orders'. If the voucher amount covers the entire cost of the order, then you can send the item(s) to the buyer as soon as you have received your funds. The appropriate amount of money will be transferred directly to your PayPal or bank account.
If the voucher amount is not enough to cover the cost of the order, then please read below.

You will receive the amount of the voucher from DaWanda. The remaining amount should be paid to you directly by your customer. Just send them your bank account information, or your PayPal address, so that they can make the payment.
