What happens, if your buyer no longer wants the order?

Most sales on DaWanda run smoothly and buyers are happy with the products that they have bought. Every now and then, however, a buyer will change their mind and would like to cancel the order or return the items, for example because they no longer want it, or it does not fit. Usually, buyers have a two week right of return period.

As a commercial seller you must prepare for such occasions by including a cancellation and return policy in your shop, which you can include in your Shop settings. In your policy you can detail when and how buyers can return their items.

If a sale on DaWanda does not proceed, you can cancel the sale by emailing the order number to DaWanda feedback using your DaWanda mailbox. You will pay no commission fee for such a sale.
