Der handmade supermarket ist ein Markt für handgemachte und fair hergestellte Produkte.
Er versteht sich als Einkaufsforum für Produkte jenseits von anonymer Massenproduktion, Shoppingcentern und Sweatshop-Produktion. Was hier angeboten wird, ist nicht unter menschenunwürdiger Ausbeutung von ArbeiterInnen in Billiglohnländern produziert. Stattdessen könnt Ihr die HerstellerInnen der Produkte direkt kennenlernen.
Buy local – think global!
Der handmade supermarket bietet DesignerInnen, KünstlerInnen, kleinen Labels und Minifirmen eine Möglichkeit, ihre handgemachten Produkte vorzustellen und zu verkaufen. Produkte aus fairer Produktion von überall aus der Welt sind sehr willkommen.
Der handmade supermarket fand erstmals im Dezember 2010 in der Markthalle statt.
Ab März 2012 findet der handmade supermarket nach einer kurzen Winterpause an jedem 2. Sonntag im Monat in der Eisenbahnmarkthalle in Kreuzberg statt. Alle Infos & Termine findet Ihr auf unserer Homepage. www.handmade-supermarket.de
