Using a DaWanda Voucher
You can use your DaWanda voucher in any shop on DaWanda.
This is how it works:
1. In order to use your voucher, you buy the products as usual, and select "Voucher" as your payment method.
2. As soon as the seller confirms your order, you receive an email from us which contains a link. Make sure you are logged into your DaWanda account, and copy and paste this link to your bowser so you will be directed to where to fill in the code from your Voucher.
Important questions
Can I redeem my voucher in several different shops?
Yes, you can redeem your coupon to it's full value in as many shops as you like on DaWanda.
What if I don't spend my voucher all in one go?
If your order is less than the complete amount of the coupon, the remaining credit balance of your voucher is still available to you to spend. After you place your order, we will send you an email which confirms the amount remaining on your voucher.
What happens if my order exceeds the value of the Voucher?
In this case you must pay the pending amount to the respective seller. Please confirm with the seller which payment method you would like pay him the remainder of the payment with.
Do I have to pay the shipping cost with my Voucher?
Yes.

How it works:
1. If someone would like to redeem a DaWanda voucher with you, they place their order as usual, and select "Voucher" as the payment method. We will send you a notification email about the new order. As usual you must confirm the purchase. When you confirm the Voucher order, the customer recieves a notification email with a link to direct them where to fill in the code from the Voucher on the order page.
2. As soon as the customer enters the coupon code, DaWanda automatically pays you the corresponding amount to your account, either by money transfer or by Paypal
Questions: What happens, if the amount of the order exceeds the value of the coupon, or the remaining amount of coupon does not cover the price of the order?
You are paid the full amount remaining on the Voucher directly from DaWanda, by Paypal or money transfer. If there is any payment still due after the Voucher has been processed, the customer pays the remainder directly to you. Please supply your bank data or Paypal address for this. What if the customer would like to return the item?
In this case please refund the total cost of the purchase directly to the customer, NOT to DaWanda.
