Every time I visit classical gardens in Suzhou, China, I will be fascinated by those flowing, elegant lines to make contrast with trees, flowers, stones. Chinese garden is an exquisite labyrinth: you can’t see it all from the way in no matter how small it is; behind a round gate or a turnaround of pavement surrounded by flowers, you will never know what a smart arrangement will be there to surprise you. You will see is how a scholar arranged his small utopia with his heart in a life time. First 10 years, he saw a tree was a tree, a stone is a stone, next 10 years, he saw a tree was not a tree, a stone was not a stone any more, then next 10 years, a tree was a tree again, a stone was a stone again. How similar the way it is we see the world years by years. You will find those beautiful flowing and elegant lines of the gardens on this poncho coat in a abstract way, hope you enjoy this design like you are enjoying a beautiful garden in a brilliant spring day, something you can only day dream of in gloomy winter days.
