This is a cute cat hat (neko is japanese for cat). It is completely handmade by myself from top to bottom. I use very soft and fluffy fleece for this kind of hat. There are two tiny bells attached to the ears that will ring when you move. The hat is one size that means it will fit most. Thanks Snoopy for modelling. You want to look like him?
