A Digital Portrait - The JunkyardA portrait makes a beautiful present for a loved one. More personal than a photograph, a portrait of your child, baby, parents or even a popstar...will last a life time and bring endless enjoyment and comments from friends and family. You will receive a CD and one A4 print out on thick, glossy photo paper. I have been a portrait artist for nearly 20 years. In the past I used paper and pencil but now use Photoshop and a tablet.
For one payment you can have as many copies as you need for all your family and friends. Use the CD to print out your copies on your printer or for larger sizes, take the CD to a processing shop. On the CD you will find several versions of the finished piece, in b&w, colour, sepia and many more filters and finishes. I work from photographs and use the photo as a grid reference. You can see an "in progress" portrait of my nephew (the baby) in the pictures to the right.
All I need from you is a clear, in focus photograph for my reference, the larger the better which can be emailed to me once payment is made.

Production method
Each portrait is drawn from scratch using a photograph as reference. I draw to scale and build up detail in layers.
