If that's the case just unwrap them and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of hours, put in the refrigerator for a bit if necessary. This is due to the natural glycerin in the soap**** I ship all orders from Brighton, MA. Shipping times vary, but you can follow this general chart to estimate delivery time: US East Coast: 1 to 2 days
Canada and Mexico: 3 to 7 days Everywhere else: 5 to 14 days again these are estimates, if you have not received your package in a timely manner then please contact me and we can track it down.
