DaWanda Voucher Postage and payment policy
We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required). In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed.
