This is the ring from the innocent fairy tales you used to read when you were young. Ethnic decorations, modern flowers, architectonic clean lines surround big fresh water pearl in a perfect match. Did you know that a natural pearl begins life as a foreign object, such as a grain of sand that accidentally becomes lodged in the oyster's soft inner body where it cannot be expelled? In an effort to ease this irritant, the oyster's body takes defensive action and secretes a smooth crystalline substance around the irritant. The result is the lovely pearl.(RG1247-1).
