How to get the Package faster
if you want get the package faster,you can choose TNT,DHL,UPS instead.Usually you will get the package in 7 days after I ship it out.
and you have to pay 25 € more shipping fee.

If you choose TNT,DHL,UPS,some times ,you have also to pay some Handle fee for the Post office yourself, the shipping fee you pay me did not include in this.

Can I made the clothes in my own size?
Yes,all clothes can be made in your own size,you will have to tell me the detail size of the clothes you need.
made to order will take 20% more fees, and do not accept return and exchange.

Can I made the clothes in other color?
Yes,please send me some photo of the fabric,I will check if I can find the fabric.

can I pay via Bank transfer or other way?
sorry I only accept paypal, it is safe and fast

How can I know my order status ,of if I have some question.
please check your message box,usually I will write to tell your the order status every 3 days.
or please write to me,I will reply and help in 24 hours.

After you place an order,In how many days I will get my clothes?
after you place an order,it will take me about 7 days to handmade the clothes for you, and I will ship it out in 15 days after you place an order.

All clothes need customs made after place order, Usually,It will take me about 7 days to made the clothes for you,and I promise I will ship the package after you place an order,check your size,address,and phone number,make payment.
if you find that I did not do this in 15 days ,you can cancel the order and I will pay your money back.

The tracing number I give can not be see on Post office’s web
if you got this problem,please do not worry,and write to me as soon as possible, I will check with my post office. may be they lost the package or they change the tracing number for the package.
If you can not got the package in 1 month after I ship the package,and my post office can not tell me where is the package,it may be lost.
then if you still want the clothes,I will send you a new package free.
if you do want the clothes any more,I will pay all your money back.

After the package arrived in your country,if the post office can not find your address(wrong address),or can not get in contact with you in 7-12 days, they will send the package back to me,and I will have to pay the back shipping fee.
when you place an order,I have check the address and phone number with you,and when I ship the package,I have leave a message to tell you about the shipping.
so when I get the package,if you want me to send the package again,you will have to pay the shipping fee again.
if you do not want the clothes any more,you have to pay the shipping fee to your country and the back shipping fee.
