Perfect when given with a book of your choice to any book lover. This finished book bag will cover an average 350 page paperback which measures approximately 13cms wide by 22cms high by 3-4cms deep. Between the layers of fabric there is a soft wadding which will protect your book. Attach your own unique beaded bookmark so you will never lose your place. Simply insert the front and back covers of your favourite paperback into the finished book bag and off you go - your book is transformed into a stylish bag, just open it to read! What could be easier... The PDF shows how to make you own paper pattern using very simple rectangular shapes, how to cut out the fabric and step-by-step instructions with illustrations & photographs to help you complete your project. The sewing pattern is suitable for anyone who has experience of using basic sewing machine stitches & following sewing patterns.
