The print of this unisex 'Barbed Wire' T-shirt was created by Brazilian/American fashion designer Francesco Costa @ Calvin Klein Collection for 'Designers Against Aids'. Proceeds of the sales will be used to help DAA to continue their international aids awareness work.

This certified organic cotton off-white sleeveless T-shirt (with a little bit of Lycra added for a great fit) has been made Fair Trade by trendy German brand Sense Organics in a small community in India.
