Items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer or a box.
Shippings costs depend on the weight, thickness and size of the package, but I try to keep them as low as possible. That's why I will combine shipping costs.
No matter how many items you buy, you only have to pay shipping costs ONCE.

All items in my shop are DaWanda Express products. You can pay immediately after your purchase and your item will be shipped on the first working day after receipt of payment. By doing so the shipping costs are fixed, but if you have to pay too much I will give you a refund.

After your item has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 4 days for items to arrive within Europe. Items to the rest of the world usually take more days, depending on the country.

- How much will shipping cost?
Here is an overview of the shipping costs determined by Bpost (Belgian post office):

EUROPE
0 - 100g = 3.00 EUR
100 - 350g = 6.00 EUR
350g - 1kg = 9.90 EUR

WORLD
0 - 100g = 3.60 EUR
100 - 350g = 7.20 EUR
350g - 1kg = 16.70 EUR

- May I cancel an order?
Yes, but only before you made your payment. Wait with your payment until you are sure you want the order.
You may cancel your order at any time before payment by sending me a message. After payment your order cannot be canceled. You may return your order within 7 days if you want (see 'Cancellation and return policy' for further information).
