Description
Crows are not what I would consider great singers but everyone who has seen this photo has said " I like the picture of the one singing" and as crows have dozens of unique vocal sounds in their language I am going to imagine this little guy singing to me in a voice I have not yet heard.
This work was created using a mixture of photography and encaustic wax techniques. The photo is layered with bee's wax and accented with oil paint. Therefore it has depth. It is painted on wood and measures 3"X4"x1". This painting would work well on a mantel or display shelf or as part of an art grouping. It is also perfect for those small walls in your house that your full sized art pieces won't work on.
