- You will receive your personal print draft (for print release) within 2 business days, you have the possibility to express change requests so that no errors creep in. 
If the print draft (print release) is OK, and the money has been received on the account, the stickers will be printed. 
After 1-2 days, the stickers will be sent to you. 
Personalized items are excluded from exchange. Color representation on non-calibrated monitors may vary and is not a reason for complaint.
