Looby Lou double hairband/headband - Ditsy Dotty - Looby Lou CraftsItem description: A fashionable and stylish headband with 2 narrow strands. Made from cotton mix fabric. A section of covered woven elastic at the back allows the headband to stretch for good fit. Can also be worn across the forehead. Top stitched and interfaced for a professional finish. Please note that there are likely to be differences in fabric pattern position. It will of course be the same fabric though! Measurements:
