Product description

Full Panniers for all sized ladies!
Made to size, up to a waist of 52" no problem!
Hip up to 60"
Bottom hoop circumference 140" (on largest size, little smaller on smaller sizes)

Made from 100% cotton and rayon Petersham ribbon (ecru/black), waist closure is a colored ribbon or flat lace with aguilettes. Pannier sides are tied together by twill tape/double sided satin ribbon.
Made with 14 mm (a bit over 1/2" wide) flat steel boning 0,5 mm thick (about 1/4"). Special steel closures used for the boning! All seams are either french or flat felled.
Either box pleat ruffles, regular ruffles, gathered or no ruffles are optional.
Please allow 2-3 weeks to make and deliver.
