The skirt features a 4 Inch elastic, the elastic is a medium weight woven elastic of a high standard,the tulle is a bridal tulle it is soft and fine, it is not like a cheap tulle that is hard and sparse, and it is lined with a corresponding black fine cotton fabric - so rest assured, it is not see through. It comes just before you knees, and can be worn high waisted or mid waisted depending on what length you'd like to achieve. I have currently available a black in a 28 inch waist Please message me for other sizes and colours, if you would like a custom made skirt please allow 1-2 weeks.
