Is the item I'd like to buy still available?
In the unlikely event that the item is no longer available, or that Vivifromage has made a pricing mistake, I will be advised of this and Vivifromage will send me a refund if I already paid.
Vivifromage may offer me substitute goods - of course I can decide not to accept the substitute goods.
What forms of payment are accepted?
European Union : Paypal, bank transfer.
Rest of the world : Paypal only.
Which shipping option should I choose?
I can choose between 3 options: priority mail (no insurance, no tracking number - option chosen by default), priority mail with Secur’Export option (includes a tracking number), or insured mail (includes a tracking number and an insurance against loss or damage)
This last option is the only one that offers an insurance, but it’s much more expensive. It’s up to me to decide if I want to pay more.
Vivifromage cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit if I don‘t choose the safer shipping option.
What are the shipping delays?
It usually takes 6 to 15 days, depending on where I live, but it can take up to 4 weeks.
Can I cancel my order?
I can cancel my order up to 7 working days after delivery. Vivifromage will refund my money, including the original postage charges, within 30 days.
I must return the goods to Vivifromage at my own expense.
If I fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to Vivifromage, and this results in damage or deterioration, Vivifromage will charge me for the reduction in value.
This policy does not apply to the custom orders, which are exempt from the right to cancel.
