Product description
It looks like a flower but it isn't. It's the silver casting of a beech-nut, which I found last autumn rollerblading in London. It looked so naturally beautiful and innocent that I thought it would make for a very unusual ring. The original beech-nut has been used to form a mould out of a sand mixture. I melted silver and poured it into the beech-nut mould to create this ring. To complement this bold style, I’ve used 3mm thick silver to forge an equally bold ring. The casting has then been soldered onto the ring itself. As with all of my designs, this ring is one of a kind. Ring size:
