Can I choose my size? As all of my creations are one-of-a-kind and made from upcycled and recycled fabrics you cannot choose your size. I do not "size" my unique fashions but instead photograph them on a 36/38 sized mannequin & 38/40 sized model to demonstrate how they look on different shapes & sizes. In some cases I have included length, bust & waist measurements as well. Can I return a purchase? I am private seller and therefore I am under no obligation to offer guarantees, refunds or accept returns. However, in most cases I will accept return of your purchase if it is returned within 14 days from receipt of your order confirmation & provided that the garment is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Do you make custom orders? I can create a custom order for you. Send a message with your wishes and I will sort through my "stash" and see what I can make just for you! (Before undertaking any special order I will send you a message with the price and a photo of the fabrics I'll use. -or- alternatively you can send me some of your old clothes/fabrics and I'll refashion them into something fabulous and funky!) How long is delivery time? As soon as I receive payment I will post your item. Delivery times depend entirely on Deutsche Post and, if sent internationally, the postage service in your country. |
