SHIPPING INFO

I’ll try to ship items as soon as possible, usually in 4-5 days (except for Saturday and Sunday), if I can even before; in any case I’ll ship ONCE I received the payment.
The shipping method I use is Priority Mail (not insured and not traceable), but if you prefer Registered Mail (not insured but traceable until the pack is in Italy; it requires a signature upon delivery) or Insured Mail just contact me before paying, so that I can tell you the additional costs.
Please note that I’m not responsible for lost or damaged packs, and so you won’t receive any refund.
If you live in Italy, you may receive the pack in about 3-5 business days; if you live abroad in about 15-20 business days; it depends from Posts and from customs.

INFO SULLE SPEDIZIONI

Cercherò di spedire il prima possibile, di solito in 4 o 5 giorni esclusi i festivi, e se ci riesco anche prima; comunque spedirò solo una volta ricevuto il pagamento.
Il metodo di spedizione che uso è la Posta Prioritaria (non assicurata e non rintracciabile), ma se preferisci la Posta Raccomandata (non assicurata ma rintracciabile solo finché il pacco si trova in Italia; richiede inoltre la firma al momento della ricezione) o la Posta Assicurata, ti basterà contattarmi prima di pagare, così che io possa comunicarti il prezzo della spedizione.
Nota bene che non sono responsabile per pacchi persi o danneggiati, e di conseguenza non darò nessun rimborso.
In Italia, i tempi di arrivo del pacco dovrebbero essere intorno ai 3-5 giorni lavorativi; all’estero intorno ai 15-20 giorni lavorativi; dipende tutto dalle Poste e dalle dogane.
