Nach Zahlungseingang wird die Datei per zip-Format verschickt. Bitte Email-Adresse und gewünschtes Format angeben.

gleichen Designs) zu verkaufen. Gestickte Einzelstücke, die Stickdatei als solche, wie auch in veränderter Form dürfen weder verkauft, getauscht, kopiert oder anderweitig weiter
gegeben werden.
Der Erwerb einer Stickdateien ist Personengebunden und liegt beim Rechnungsträger. Die Weitergabe sowie das „Teilen“ von Rechnungen und somit des Erwerbrechts ist untersagt.
Der Verkauf erfolgt durch Vorkasse, das Versenden der Datei per E-Mail ist bindend.
Kein Rückgaberecht bzw. Widerrufrecht nach Versand der Dateien!
Bei elektronisch verschickten Dateien handelt es sich um eine Ausnahme die unter den §
312d Abs. 4 BGB fallen!
Bei dem von kleiner Himmel Design erstellten Designs in Form, Idee und Ware liegt das
Urheberrecht bei Sandra Iwobi.
Bei Zuwiderhandlungen behalten wir uns sofortige rechtliche Schritte vor.
