How do I Pay?

At the moment PALEOLOCHIC only accepts PayPal as payment; if you do not have an account with PayPal don’t worry you can use your credit/bank card, though I highly recommend you to get one if you usually shop at Internet.

As we want to keep our customers happy we ask you to contact us if you need more days as we require payment within 3 (three) working days from the day of your purchase.

How and when do I get my hand made purchase?

We send your purchase within 2 working days after the confirmation of your payment

All our handcrafted items are sent by Register Mail under signature, if there is no one at home, they will leave you a note with a reference so you can pick it up in your nearest post office.
Register Mail can be a bit more expensive but is worth it as in PALEOLOCHIC we aim to have perfect professional transactions combined with the warmth of our hand made products, Balance!

Due to security some countries , like the USA, may retain the package longer in customs, this could add a three more week for your purchase to arrive, (It’s not a common thing but could happen)

Customers are responsible for all customs charges, taxes & fees.

All items are hand made with lots of love and care for your satisfaction, we try to describe and provide information about the product as materials, size, colours, price and shipping cost, and we prefer you contact us first if you have any doubt, query before you confirm your purchase.
We accept refunds or exchanges under very little circumstances, and all the shipping costs will be at the customer expenses.

We pack all our items carefully in the inside, though we use normal posting bubble envelopes or boxes to send them through the post as experience tells us the simpler the less tempting in transit, so don’t get disappointed when you see the post man with a brown lousy envelope. Saying that PALEOLOCHIC cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transport.
