All sales are final. However, I want each customer to be pleased with their purchase. If you are not 100% happy with a product please contact me within 15 days after its reception. As long as the item is returned in the original state, I can exchange it for another one (excluding postage).

Yes. I offer 1 year guarantee for my products...provided that if they break down is only due to a failure of manufacture.
