Ist das Paket versichert?
Leider bietet EMS keine Paketversicherung an. Soweit ich weiß ist bisher noch Paket weggekommen. In Delhi (Indien) werden die Pakete an DHL übergeben und sind über eine individuelle Nummer verfolgbar. Das Versandrisiko liegt beim Käufer - sollte es aber dennoch einmal zu einem verlust kommen finden wir eine zufriedenstellende Lösung für beide Seiten!
