Kurz in eigener Sache :o) ,
um der Frage vorzugreifen, die ich auch oft auf dem Kunstmarkt höre, hier bereits ein Paar Antworten. Alles andere fragt mich bitte und ich antworte sehr gerne:

Malst Du von Bildern im Bauhaus, bei Höffner (etc etc etc) oder aus dem Kreativatelier ab? Die Bilder kommen mir so bekannt vor.
Ganz klar:Nein. Dennoch hast Du recht, dass Dir meine Arbeiten bekannt vorkommen, denn ICH bin die Urheberin der Werke, die Du wahrscheinlich meinst. Für viele meiner Motive habe ich Lizenzrechte vergeben an einen Kunstdruckverlag, der die Motive weltweit vertreibt. So können Dir Motive von mir in Form von Postkarten, fine Art Prints u.A. überall auf der Welt begegnen.
Außerdem bin ich eine der Autorinnen für das Kreativ Atelier, die die Malanleitungen erstellt. Auch daher könntest Du das ein oder andere Motiv kennen.

Und was ist mit den Steinspatzen?Die habe ich auch schon woanders gesehen.
Hier verhält es sich ähnlich. Die ersten Spatzenbilder entstanden bereits 2005 und wurden von mir im Netz und auf Märkten gezeigt. Davor, dass andere die Idee aufgreifen, ist man nie geschützt.Letztlich sehe ich persönlich dies jedoch nur als Anreiz, neue Dinge zu erarbeiten und Techniken zu verfeinern

Darf ich Deine Bilder abmalen oder hier Sachen verkaufen, wo ich Deine Postkarten raufklebe?
Ja und Nein. Was Du für Deinen privaten Raum tust, kann und wird Dir niemand verbieten. Jegliche gewerbliche Nutzung ist aber untersagt. Auch darfst Du keine Postkarte nehmen, diese auf Dein Bild kleben und das dann verkaufen. Hier würde nicht nur mein Anwalt reagieren, sondern durchaus auch der des Verlages. Fairplay please.
