Product description
This bear has been hand knitted in an aran wool with some cables knitted in. Limbs are thread jointed, head is fixed. Eyes and nose have safety backings.He is 12 inches, 31 c.m. tall. He is wearing the feileadh mor or big kilt which was the forerunner of todays kilts. This kilt consists of one very large length of tartan that is pleated and tied at the waist with the remaining material either twisted and worn over the shoulder or wrapped around the upper body, according to the weather. This kilt is in the MacPherson tartan and can be worn of the above described ways. Comes with diagram showing different ways of wear. This bear is intended as a collectors bear and not as a childs toy.
