Contain the products preservatives or other chemical additives?

In my garden and olive tree stands, I use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The finished products contain no preservatives, artificial coloring or flavoring agents or anti-caking agents.
Products that are preserved by drying, as tea, vegetables, fruit or herbs are dried, depending on weather and demand, either sun-dried or dried in the food dehydrator. When dried vegetables and dried fruit may be added a little bit of salt. Olive leaf tea and herbal teas are dried in the shade airy.

Are my products organic products?

My products are grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Since I run a small business, I can not yet prove organic certificate.
The purchased salt for my spice and herb salts are natural deep ocean salt from the german Luisenhaller Saline.

Where my goods are made?

All my goods I produce on my own land in Lichada, Evia Greece

Durability?
All food products are at least 12 months. In compliance with the recommended storage (dry, dark, no more than room temperature), the products are more durable.
My spice and herbal salts doesn´t contain anti-caking agent, so it may come from moisture absorption to a slight clumping, therefore attention for dry storage!

For my products from wood no trees are cut unnecessarily. The wood comes from the necessary olive tree cuttings, or from the intersection of fragile or old trees.
