I have hand felted this beautiful necklace from very soft Merino wool in a wonderfully vibrant deep turquoise, and it is properly felted throughout. It is about 0.5 inch (1.3cm) thick (thinning out a bit towards the ends) and measures 49.5cm (19.8inch) together with the chain extension. The lock is a toggle clasp made from Tibetan silver.
