La commande est préparée puis expédiée une fois le paiement encaissé.

Livraison:
Les frais de livraison sont calculés au plus juste, en fonction du poids et du volume de la commande, et basés sur les tarifs de la Poste.

Mes articles étant faits à la main et uniques, je préfère les envoyer avec garanties (Lettre Max, Colissimo), mais toujours en recherchant la solution la plus avantageuse pour vous.

Les commandes ne comprenant que des fournitures peuvent être envoyées en lettres simples.

Au cas où la commande arriverait en mauvais état malgré mes précautions, une réclamation devra être faite auprès de la Poste.
Une fois la commande remise aux services postaux, ils sont seuls responsables des détériorations ou pertes.
