PLACING AN ORDER

When Placing an order, please provideall personalization required to complete your custom piece:
- The name,word, or numbers you want to be stamped on the charm.
- Your preference of chain type: Sterling silver ball chain or rolò chain
- You can choose from the freshwater pearl or one birthstone Swarovski cristal.
- Ring size (finished rings are sized on a ring mandrel).
- Any other information that you want me to know
This information is to be left in the NOTES TO SELLER in the ETSY checkout process.

All necklaces come with either a standard 18" ball chain. If you need the different chain length plesae contact me.
Note, if not specified, item will be created as shown in photo and/or how personalization best fits.

If you are not wearing your piece, store it in an air tight container or zip lock bag.
Please take proper care of your customized item. Tarnishing does occur if you do not take care of your piece. This is mother nature for ALL Metals, including jewelry made with metal down to any thing made with metal.
do not clean silver with cleaning dips, polished or liquids. This will cause the removal of the darkening in the letters.
If you are not wearing your piece, store it in an air tight container or zip lock bag.
-Use a silver polishing cloth after each use to remove any skin oils or air pollutants.
