Black Mosaic Ball - opens! - Waschbear Designes

Black ungrouted mixed media mosaic on a black sphere base. I used some very cool antique buttons and beads on this... along with stones, shards, bits of glitter and so on. The swirls patterns on this ball conceal the fact that it can be opened, revealing a secrtet inner cmpartment...

All my mosaics are individual one of a kind creations, made and designed by me. Each one involves hours and hours of work, from developing the design, sourcing the materials, hand shaping and glueing the tess to choosing and hand colouring the grout.

One word of warning: Occasionally an element on one of these "wild" ungrouted mosaics may come loose - but a small spot of glue will quickly put all to rights again.
