About Chain:
The default length of all necklace is 17"-20", but the customers can request to adjust length to any size, it is free. Sometimes, the original chain may not be able to be adjusted for some reason, I will change to a silmilar chain without notification. If you are concerned with the original chain, please contact me whether it will be changed when you request to adjust the length.

About delivery:
All order will be mailed out by registered air mail from China, require signature. The postman will leave a notice at your door or mail box if you are not at home when they deliver. You need to call for redelivery or pick up it at the post office after you get the notice. But sometimes the notice may be pick up by unknown people or placed at wrong place, please be sure to contact me if you can not get your order at the expected delivery time. I can help to track your parcel and it is my pleasure to help to resolve the problem. I will ensure each order safe.

About Delivery Time:
The regularly delivery time is 7-20 working days, the exact delivery time depends on the local post system. I can not guarantee the exact delivery time. If you are time restricted and the delivery is beyond your acceptance. I understand you want to cancel the transaction. Here is what you can do, just refuse to accept parcel when the parcel come to your door, then the post office will return it to me. Then you don't have to pay the return shipping fee. About Length:
The length is measured from the ring to the lobster clasp (the length of end to end), include the possible branch or leaf if they are connected with the chain, not include the drop part,
