Bright as a button! Halter neck tunic in contrasting royal blue and orange Katie Jump Rope fabrics. Fabrics have a 1920s/30s look. Also available in beige and orange (see my other listings). Great little summer top or wear a turtleneck underneath on cooler days. My daughter has worn hers with a little white cardigan and received many compliments. 100% cotton. Sizes available:
