Chains do not hesitate and get in your desired length. All chains - except snake chains - are lengthened or shortened, (no extra charge).

Would you like a bracelet in a different color or with another trailer, please get in touch with me, we will definitely find something suitable.

The shipping costs worldwide by registered mail is 2.85, no matter how many items you buy. The currently shipping takes up to 4 weeks.

Tip: Tibet silver can, depending on the pH of the carrier- launched. Simply brushing with some toothpaste and an old toothbrush or a silver or lens cleaning cloth and then it flashes back ....

1.Wie messe ich meinen Handgelenksumfang?
Du kannst deinen Handgelenksumfang messen, in dem du einen Faden/Band um dein Handgelenk wickelst und diesen dann mit dem Lineal nachmisst. Ich lasse dann natürlich noch etwas Luft, damit es angenehm zu tragen ist.

2. Kann ich die angegebene Kettenlänge ändern lassen?
Alle Ketten (ausser Schlangenketten) kann ich gerne in deiner Wunschlänge anfertigen, natürlich kostenlos.

3. Ich möchte mehrere Artikel bestellen, verändern sich dann die Versandkosten?
Die Versandkosten betragen per Einschreiben immer 2,85 Euro, egal wieviele Artikel du kaufst.

4. Ich hätte gern mehr Artikel desselben Produkts, es ist aber nur eins verfügbar.
In vielen Fällen kann ich den Artikel 2 x (oder mehrmals) anfertigen, bitte vor der Bestellung eine Nachricht an mich, dann erhöhe ich die Verfügbarkeit.

5. Wie lange dauert der Versand von Bolivien?
Der Versand von Bolivien dauert in der Regel 2 bis 4 Wochen. Da ich jeden Artikel individuell anfertige, brauche ich nach Geldeingang etwa 2 Werktage bis ich dein Päckchen losschicke.

6. Was passiert, wenn eine Sendung verloren gegangen sein könnte?
Bisher ist wirklich noch nichts verloren gegangen. Ich schicke jede Sendung per Einschreiben und diese werden wie Dokumente behandelt und dürfen nicht verloren gehen. Es ist allerdings einige wenige Male passiert, dass die Post vergessen hat, den Zettel für das Einschreiben abzugeben und der Umschlag nach 7 Tagen Lagerzeit wieder zurück nach Bolivien geschickt wird. In diesem Fall schicke ich die Sendung dann sofort nach Wiedereintreffen noch einmal kostenlos an dich.

7. Kann man die Sendung im Internet nachverfolgen?
Leider besteht diese Möglichkeit nur bei Sendungen, die in die USA verschickt werden.

8. Wohin können die Artikel verschickt werden?
Ich verschicke weltweit, die Versandkosten betragen immer 2,85 Euro für die ganze Sendung, egal in welches Land.
