I’m thrilled that one can make a real book with only a piece of leather, some thread, a needle and paper!
The paper (and the thread also) is stained with green tea and does have the look and feel of ancient parchment.

Paper: blank, stained with tea, 120 g/m², 144 pages (counted both sides)
Weight: 60g

Please take the journal shown here as example. There may be little differences in the one you get, but the material always stays the same.

Each of my books comes with a little handsigned "certificate of authenticity" so it makes a great present.
