Black and White Double Ruffle Scarf: Ice Queen - P8 Accessories & Button Art

This Japanese inspired scarf is the outer part of a snail-shell / cochlea form. Two layers of sheer fabric, one plain white silk and one black cotton with white dotted and scalloped triangle appliqués, are sewn together only at the inner seam. It can be worn at both sides.
