I wish one of your creations and I need more than one piece of it. How can I do? If you wish one of my creations in more than one piece, send me a message with your request. I let you know the "new shipping cost" and the "new time for the dispatch after receipt of payment". The order will be done always through Da Wanda Platform and paid with Paypal method. Do you take custom orders? Send me a message with Your request, according to Your wishes and my time I would be glad to make it possible. When I buy more than a product in your shop, does "the Shipping Cost" change? Yes. If I allow You to return me Your order I will refund you the full amount (excluding shipping charges)once I have received the item and have checked that everything is in order.Customer is responsible for the returning shipping costs. How can I cancel an order? For tutorials (PATTERNS) As soon as the pattern is sent to you, there's no possibility to be refunded. Please read the item description carefully!
