Shop FAQ'S How will I receive my pattern? All patterns will be delivered via e-mail in a PDF file. What is PDF? PDF stands for Portable Document Format. It's kind of like a word document, but smaller in file size. You can open with Adobe Reader (this is a free program). Can I sell items made with your patterns? Sure you can, I actually encourage you to do it. If you send me a picture of your finished product, I will feature it on my main site and provide a link back to your shop or blog. Why do you offer a money back guarantee? I'm confident that you'll really like my patterns. I trust you, and I know that you wouldn't ask for your money back unless there was something really wrong with them. There isn't, but you should still have a choice. It wouldn't be fair to make you spend your money on something you don't absolutely love! What if I can't download or open the file? Send me an e-mail with your purchase details and I'll make sure you can get your pattern. Can the pattern be printed? The pattern can be printed on letter size paper (8.5" x 11" or 21.6 x 28 cm). I include a picture tutorial with instructions and a text only version, in case you don't want to print all the pictures. What happens if I lose the pattern?
