Payment in full is due prior to shipping any order. For custom orders, special orders, and anything not in stock, payment in full is required before production of that order.

A 6% sales tax will be automatically added by PayPal to orders shipping to Maryland.

We package all orders carefully to protect them during transit. We use recycled (but always clean) packaging when possible, but strive to make sure that opening your Three Muses order is like opening a gift from us.

All in-stock items will be shipped within two business days upon receipt of payment. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible via the Etsy convo system. In this case, it may take up to a week to process your order before shipping.

Within the USA, we ship via USPS and UPS. Outside of the USA, we ship First Class International.

All items ship from Maryland, United States. Customers/buyers outside of the United States are responsible for all duties/customs fees that are incurred on a package. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items included. Due to liability and potential legal repercussions, Three Muses will not misrepresent the value of any package.
