Airmail Letters - wooden piece

This is one of my pieces made from 3 separate blocks called 'Airmail Letters'.

The text is taken from the book The Middle Age of Mrs Eliot and I've illustrated each block using different papers, including old wallpapers and a vintage stamp so it has some lovely textures to it.

The text reads:

"When the sun shone fiercely, she sat at her bedroom window to read the airmail letters."

It's made from paper, paint and birch ply.

Each block is 14cm x 10.5cm x 2.5cm.

Limited edition of 10

Please note that as this piece is made to order, the stamp may be slightly different to the one shown.
