Product description
An original life drawing of a female model seen from behind, drawn in Edinburgh, October 2007. This drawing was made using 2B pencil and 4B graphite wash pencil on white cartridge paper (180gsm). The pose and monochrome artwork give it an almost Victorian feel, but it still feels alive and tactile. I particularly like the shading on the back, catching the spine and various back muscles. This artwork has been sprayed with professional fixative spray to ensure no smudging in transit or handling, and is shipped flat in a protected card-backed envelope. Pencil on cartridge paper, 14.1cm x 24cm (5.6" x 9.4")
