Postage and payment policy

§ 4 Lieferung / Versand
(1) Die Lieferung erfolgt spätestens innerhalb von drei Wochen. In der Regel wird die Ware innerhalb einer Woche versandt. Liefertermine und Lieferfristen sind nur verbindlich, sofern sie von liebensWERTE ausdrücklich und schriftlich als solche bestätigt wurden. (2) Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb Deutschlands sowie nach Österreich und in die Schweiz. (3) Geliefert wird durch einen von liebensWERTE zu wählenden Versanddienstleister. Vom Kunden ist eine Portopauschale zu tragen, welche vom Bestellwert und von dem Ort, an den geliefert werden soll, abhängig sein kann. (4) Sollte die Lieferung ausnahmsweise nicht innerhalb der unter (1) genannten Frist von drei Wochen seit Vertragsschluss möglich sein, so unterrichtet liebensWERTE den Kunden spätestens mit Fristablauf unverzüglich in Textform (§ 126b BGB) darüber. Dem Kunden steht dann ein Rücktrittsrecht zu, das er seinerseits unverzüglich in Textform (§ 126b BGB) ausüben muss.

§ 6 Bezahlung
Die Bezahlung erfolgt nach Wahl des Kunden per Vorkasse (Vorabüberweisung des Betrages), Nachnahme (Zahlung bei Lieferung) oder Barzahlung bei Abholung vor Ort in Berlin.
§ 7 Eigentumsvorbehalt
Die Ware bleibt bis zum Ausgleich der liebensWERTE zustehenden Forderungen Eigentum von liebensWERTE.
