Product description

Pattern of Mama and Baby owl in one PDF document. Total of 15 pages of detailed instructions with many photos illustrating the process.

Owls can be made of any kind of yarn. I used cotton yarn (16 wpi - sport category) and 2 mm steel crochet hook (No. 0). The finished Mama owl is about 15 cm tall and Baby owl 7 cm. If done with thicker yarn and an E hook Mama owl is 23 cm while Baby owl measures 15 cm.

The size of finished doll is determined by the size of hook and thickness of yarn that you use. Any yarn will work, just make sure you produce the dense fabric so the stuffing doesn’t show through.

Baby owl requires some basic crochet skills while Mama owl is more suited for a hooker looking to expand skills and techniques.
