This was originally made for a friend who wanted something that looked rustic, worn, handed down. What emerged was this organic shaped pendant that has been darkened to an almost black and then scratched away to reveal the shiny silver flecks.

I think this is the perfect gift for someone who doesn't wear a lot of flashy jewelry but likes things that are meaningful and a bit more casual. Also a perfect partner with the "It was black ... birthstone".

This necklace features a fine silver pendant that has been handcrafted by me. The pendant has a bit of an organic shape - not a perfect circle. The edges are filed down to expose an extra bit of shine. The pendant measures 1/2" and is hung on an 18" oxidized sterling silver chain. Please leave a note during checkout if you would prefer a different length chain.
