The Spotted Sparrow ships worldwide through Deutsche Post, which is the German postal system. Shipping prices are actual Deutsche Post shipping costs, with no extra charges for handling or packaging. To help minimize environmental impact, I use recycled and repurposed packaging and shipping materials. All packages are shipped with loving care to ensure they reach their new owner in top form.

Unfortunately, the Spotted Sparrow cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. Insurance is available at an additional cost. Please contact me for a quote.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Europe: 2-5 days
US & Canada: 5-10 days
Rest of World: 7-15 days

The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or fees that may apply.
