für die Monatsfarben-Aktion im Juni habe ich ein Kirschkernkissen vorbereitet ...
wenn man zuviel Kirschen isst und einem davon hinterher der Bauch weh tut
oder man sich auf der Leiter beim Kirschenpflücken verrenkt ...
aber natürlich auch für alle anderen Fälle,
in denen ein Kirschkernkissen "erste Hilfe" leisten kann ...

also, es besteht aus einem mit Bio-Kirschkernen gefüllten Stoffsäckchen
und einer von mir genähten Hülle aus Baumwollestoff (mit Hotelverschluss),
die man jederzeit zum Waschen (bis 60 Grad) einfach abnehmen kann

das Kirschkernkissen hat eine Größe von ca. 18 x 28 cm
und wiegt ca. 730 Gramm

man kann das Kirschkernkissen entweder warm, dann kurz bei 600 Watt in der Mikrowelle erhitzen,
oder kalt benutzen (bevor man es ins Gefrierfach legt, bitte in eine Folientüte legen)
