Product description

These hair sticks feature black and genuine silver 'Desert Sun' beads. ‘Desert Sun’ beads are plated with genuine silver (or gold), with a top coat of color. They are then fired, which causes the color to shrink away from the plating, forming 'fissures' of silver or gold in a colored bead. The 'Desert Sun' beads are held between silver-plated disc beads. Above these are jet-black glass faceted beads and dark peacock color freshwater pearls. The pearls are very dark purple, with flashes of green and blue as the light strikes them. These are natural pearls and have an irregular shape.

The dangles are made up of more jet-black faceted glass beads and dark peacock pearls.

The hair sticks are hand-carved from hardwood and protected with hand-rubbed tung oil. They have a functional length of 6 inches / 15cm and total length of approximately 7 inches / 17.8cm. The longest dangle is 2 inches / 5cm long.

These hair sticks will arrive packaged in a glossy black box. You will also receive an easy to read style guide we have created, giving illustrated instructions for several simple and elegant styles.
